Digital goods

Maps are digital products delivered as a PDF. Because you can preview a map free before buying, purchases are generally final.

A map we cannot draw is never charged for

We only take your payment once your full map has been generated. Until then the amount is held, not taken. If we cannot draw your map, we release the hold and you are not charged — so there is nothing to refund.

When we refund

If a map you have paid for is faulty, contact us and we will re-run it or refund you.
